Calling ~ Is There More Than This?

THINK:  About how they have been called to a greater purpose than anything this world has to offer.  How yes they have been given a specific calling by God, but more importantly they have been given a great general calling by God to once again be image-bearers and signposts for all of the creation pointing to Him.  Knowing Him more and more so we can make Him known all the more.

KNOW:  We all have a calling.  As individuals and groups, we are called to God’s Kingdom purposes here on Earth as it is in Heaven.  This calling can be known and lived out.  It begins though by understanding our general calling as followers of Jesus to know Him and make Him known.

FEEL:  A need to do some deep life reflection on how they are living out their general calling in Christ. Asking, are they?  What are they doing?  How could they do more?

DO:  Take another step further into their general calling of knowing Christ and making Him known.  As this is the ultimate task no matter our specific callings in life, to love God, love others as ourselves, and make more and better disciples.
