In today’s readings, we discussed how Jesus tells us what to expect through following Him. We should expect trouble, and how this a theme in Jesus’ teachings. More importantly, because He is our prime example, but we can take heart as our Psalm reminds us when we face troubles in this life we can call out to God, and God will hear our cries.
