Here is the audio version of our daily readings from our daily reading plan Knowing Him for January 1st, 2022. Happy New Year, and with this New Year, we are kicking off a new two-year reading plan cycle. As we have sought after Him these past two years through His Word, we hope all who have participated have found Him. Now that we have found Him, we hope to know Him more, which is the theme of this two-year cycle. Join us on this two-year journey through God’s Word to know Him more and more so we can make Him known all the more.
Today we learn many things about the character of God through our readings to make Him known. In particular, He is a God who takes chaos and brings it to order, as we see in Genesis and the creation of the Heavens and the Earth. He is also a God of lists, with a plan and purpose. We see this in the opening chapter of Matthew with the genealogy of Jesus https://cheska-lekarna.com/…receptu/. All this shows us that everything our God creates and does is perfect.
