Easter: Never Ordinary

Today is Easter Day and the start of the most wonderful celebration of the victory we have won in Jesus Christ known as the Easter Season.  However, if we are not careful we can approach this day like any other ordinary day.  When in fact there are no longer ordinary days, for those in Christ, due to this one extraordinary day of Jesus rising again from the grave and changed everything.

Today we examine how easy it is for us to be lulled into the ordinary in the midst of the extraordinariness of God and what He has done.  In this, we are challenged to not only approach this day, Easter Sunday, with awe and wonder, but every day knowing every day is extraordinary in Christ.  For as Christians we live in the extraordinary reality of the resurrection every day.
