Today’s message will encourage us to actively explore the spiritual disciplines that foster a deeper relationship with God, emphasizing the importance of what we invest in our faith journey. Today, we will be introduced to the practices of silence and solitude as vital means of renewal, as they allow believers to detach from worldly distractions and focus on Jesus. Highlighting that true fulfillment and growth come from quality time with God. These moments of quiet reflection lead to inner strength and restoration. We will learn how fasting brings our bodies into check. Silence and solitude bring our hearts and minds in check.
