Surrender & Submit ~ How? Look to Jesus

Today, we explore the theme of surrender and submission to God further and ask how we do this by following the example of Jesus. We will turn to the passage from Mark 14:32-42, where Jesus prays in Gethsemane. Highlighting that true submission involves, at times, doing what we would rather not do, emphasizing the importance of seeking God’s will over our desires. Drawing from Jesus’ example, we will be encouraged to pray for strength and willingness, understanding that this journey requires humility and effort. Ultimately, embracing the discipline of surrender which will lead us to a deeper relationship with God and the fullness of life He offers.
