Who, What, When, Where, Why, How? The Church? ~ Vision Part 1: What & How

As we have been discussing these past several weeks the mission and vision given to us, His Church is very clear.

We exist to know Christ and make Him known. This is our mission.

In this, we are being led to our vision of becoming the forerunners of the transformation in our city, through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, one disciple at a time.

What does this mean though? How do we know when we get there? To know the latter question we have to know the former, which is what today is all about. What this means and what it looks like, so we can know clearly where it is we are going.
